Easy to order on website!! Lovely choice of bouquets at reasonable prices with free delivery. A birthday gift to my sister fr a surprise. I was kept informed of delivery and flowers arrived on correct day and my sister was delighted with flowers which had a lovely fragrance and were very fresh. Thank you Serenata. As I was called away in the middle of ordering the flowers, the order was saved and I was able to pick it up later and complete it. The flowers were well received and of good quality. I thought they were reasonably priced. I would use Serenata Flowers again. It is always good to use a local florist, and it was a good experience.

**Update** As of today 27th April, four DAYS after I contacted their laughingly-named ‘Customer Service’ Manager Kiera there was no response. Incredibly (!) ONE HOUR after I posted this review here I got a response here (see below) from Serenata. It is clear Serenata care WAYYYY more about publicly viewable real-world reviews and feedback than dealing with actual customers with real, verified examples of failings of recruitment, training, supervision, values, quality assurance and management. Original review follows below Address was populated from Postcode but displayed street name, number plus Postcode only. The first line (name of the school) was missing. When I asked their AWFUL Customer Service person (Riza) to amend, she told me they could only deliver to the address on their system. I pointed out the first line of the address was missing (from THEIR system). She asked me what was the address (that I had already typed at the start of the ‘chat’). She then sent a screenshot of what was on HER system* *Note this is what she sees as a staff-member logged into their system - NOT what’s displayed on the online order screen customers see. I told her I’d already typed the address in full at the start of the ‘chat’. As it was apparent what she sent me as a screenshot was different from what customers (me) see I asked did she see the address I’d entered at the start as that was the correct (full) address. She replied “Did you see my screenshot” Never, NEVER encountered a more unhelpful so-called customer service employee. I asked to speak with a Supervisor & was told one would email me later. When the mail arrived from the Manager Kiara (who is equally unsuited for Customer Service) she totally ignored the dreadful Riza’s attitude and ticked the box just so she can report ‘Customer follow-up done’ AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
