The flowers were very nice but when delivered we were not home. They were left at the front door where anyone could have taken them away. I left a delivery instruction to leave the flowers with a neighbour if we were out but this was ignored. Please tell your courier company not to do this again. Thanks.

There was only one type of Valentine’s card available, which was barely passable. So much for choice. All in all, Serenata seemed purely concerned with relieving me of money, and not providing a good service. I won’t be using them again.

Service rating : customers service appauling, very rude advisor Jack who likes to cut you off in the middle of your sentance then tells you to let him finish what he is saying and not to talk over him. offers rediculous solutions that doesnt even cover the cost of what was missing from your order, gives you timescales for resolutions that arent kept to, instead of waiting 24 hours for a reply i rang back after 48 hours had elapsed and still no resolition until going through the whole rigmarole again then bein told i would get a call but got a very non descript e-mail. I will not under any circumstances be using serenata flowers again.

Service rating : Your service was very good, When giving an order to send flowers to friends or relatives who live at a great distance away, the greatest concern one has, is knowing if and when the order was received and how the order is progressing. I was thankfully continually kept up to date with this progress, up to an email informing me that the deliverer had left with the flowers. However, I did not receive a notice to say that the flowers had successfully been delivered, which in my case would have been very helpful in that one delivery was to a relation three hundred miles away who had recently had a stroke and would not be able to reply to me about the delivery. Consequently, I can only assume that this person did in fact receive the flowers.
Product : Difficult to answer this in that unfortunately I did not see the flowers which were delivered but in one of the orders, I was thanked for ’the lovely flowers’, therefore I can only assume that the flowers were of a high standard.

I found thew flowers arrived in execellent condititon and the receipient was delighted with the gift I have recomended you to many people

She was not amused and by the time the flowers came the novelty had worn off big time. My daughter ordered the day before from interflora and they were delivered next morning. I even complained to seranta but got no feedback.
