Service rating : I used Serenata before and was very pleased. They deliver the item in very good time. But this time I wasn't happy with the flower package which was supposed to be for our 1st anniversary. Grand flower didn't come as good as I expected. The note I attached was written on a piece of Serenata a5 folded paper instead of in the card I paid for. I didn't wanted to show it was bought online, but it came with advertising box.. flower arrived as old looking, not nourished..
Product : Old looking, with ageing stains. Arrived in a box rather than looking gorgeous in the transparent paper. I am not but my wife says she is very happy with it.
