I choose the vase as to me it represents time and being that she and I are miles apart the time we spend together when she visits or when we talk on the phone/internet the time will come till we are together.

The card was quite cheap looking despite the price. An equivalent priced and in the shops would be better quality I felt.

Service rating : all communications with the company were very good, the fact that it took 10 hours from leaving the depot to being delivered was dreadful and very upsetting, as they were a 70th birthday present. Yodel let you down badly, and the courier was quite unpleasant when he did deliver, saying ’been a busy day, sign here’.
Product : not too bad after a day of being driven round in hot temperatures, and obviously being bashed about in the back of a van.

Put order for card wrong when placing order, didn’t realise until ready to pay, couldn’t cancel card and replace with appropriate one, should be a way of being able to do that.

Product : Actually I would need a button between good and poor. The flowers were beautiful in general but apparently some of the petals were already falling off in the box upon arrival. Secondly, there was no ’food’ with them, even though the instructions said there would be. I emailed prior to ordering them to ask how long they would last once delivered, and was told ’about a week’. it seems they were not lasting that long even by the end of two days. Thirdly, these flowers are very delicate and require quite a bit of ’management’ (cooler temps, so they have to be moved around perhaps depending on the heat of the day and night) and I would have appreciated this information at the time of ordering, i.e. on the description of the flowers themselves. They were a gift for an 88 year old and this maintenance has been a bit too much, even though he really appreciated the beauty of the flowers themselves. A little helpful info of this kind on the website where one orders would be very useful and appreciated, I think, then one can order flowers that are appropriate in all ways and there will be no disappointment
