although in a large box, the bouquet was disappointingly small - little more than something I could have got from the petrol station - the carnations were also way past their best

Product : Unfortunately quite a few of the carnation stems were broken. This is unusual for Serenata as most of the flowers I send arrive in pristine condition. A bit disappointing this time.
