Service rating : It would have been good if they could have provided a same day delivery as we ordered in the morning, but the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. I used them as they were based near to the recipient. Every other flower company I've used does a same day delivery

The flowers were received on time and updates were sent to let me know progress of the order. I will use Serenata Flowers again and have recommended them to colleagues in my workplace.
