Service rating : The product was quickly dispatched and arrived as agreed. The gift card information was unclear. I wished a message but not a card and after checkout, i realised this. I notified company but never got an email if the card was refunded to my cArd. The recipient received a non-gift card. I would like to know the result of this.
Product : There were 3 stems of lillies but only 2 stems had flowers on it. This was disappointing and the recipient was both surprised & told me.
The freesias were closed but did come out once in the house.

Product : Lavender freesia have opened up into a lovely flower but unfortunately the white roses have not opened up and the heads have drooped so very disappointed as these were a valentine present for my wife.

Product : Unfortunately the flowers lasted 4 days - recipient managed to salvage some of the purple freesias, the rest had to be thrown away.
