Service rating : Cant fault the service. Arrived on time and the order was easy to make. A paypal service would be an improvement.
Product : I have selected 'poor' because flowers arriving in a box really doesnt have the same affect. They werent as big as what the picture made them look, and that goes for the tiny balloon too. I was expecting a normal sized helium balloon not a tiny one on a stick. I wouldnt order from you again because of these reasons.

Service rating : Excellent website which is easy to use and gives lovely display of flowers available. First class service in that they deliver exactly when you ask them to and the flowers are always beautiful.
Product : As described, it was a mini helium balloon but added a little something extra for my sister's birthday.

Prolonging the life of your cut flowers begins the moment they’re entrusted to your care. First off, make sure your vase is very clean and filled with fresh, lukewarm water mixed with flower nutrients. Next, strip off all leaves that will be below the water level of the vase and cut 2cm off all stems at a slight angle. Place the flowers in the vase, away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit. Over the following days, be sure to remove any faded flowers and top up the water regularly.
