Service rating : Good, easy to use website with a good variety of flowers. I choose this site because it had more modern bouquets than some of the other sites. The flowers were delivered on time and the tracking system gave me peace of mind.
Product : Flowers were as described and arrived in bud. They opened up the next day and my daughter was really happy with the different flowers and the bright springlike colours. A real hit! I will certainly use this company again.

Modern, stylish and simple vase - not recommended for this particular bouquet as it was far too small to be useful, perhaps for helping the men shoose a vase each bouquet information could have a recommended sized container as part of the description.

Having our own business abroad, with a six hour time difference to that of Serenata Flowers Limited, and such a short period of notice to supply the requested flowers and gift I found that this company exceeded all expectations with the quality of services and duties provided.
We did however make a mistake with the placement of order on our first attempt and successively corrected it on the second attempt.
To find that Serenata Flowers noticed this error and mistake which was totally of our own making, and for these good people involved with our order, to credit our charge card and refund the monies involved without any notification from myself, with such expeditious speed, proves to me that this is such sign of outstanding human quality and caring for its customers in this modern age of transactions without the meeting of personal minds and thoughts as in days gone by.
Once again my sincere thanks to an outstanding company, personnel and staff for a job well done and will certainly give reference to friends and parties wishing to forward and send flowers to the British Isles and United Kingdom.

Service rating : I would have said 'excellent' in the past, say 4/5 years ago. I was looking at other florist websites and yours has become very cluttered. I remember considering you for my wedding flowers as my perception was you were fresh, crisp, modern. But your website now has changed my opinions and you seem more commercial and have lost your differentiation. Also flowers are advertised as being a certain price and then you realise that's for a small bouquet but you recommend the size up which is more expensive. Don't lose what you originally stood for.
Product : I personally didn't see it as it was sent to a friend for her 30th. She sounded delighted with it though.
