Service rating : It would have been good if they could have provided a same day delivery as we ordered in the morning, but the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. I used them as they were based near to the recipient. Every other flower company I've used does a same day delivery
Product : No idea, as it was bought for a work colleague so we haven't seen the bouquet.

Product : This was an extremely disappointing selection - a small handful of grotty blooms. To be fair, the other two bouquets I sent on the same day were both good.

Service rating : I ordered two items but was dissapointed to hear that they were delivered seperately, on the same day. Also the chocolate box was rather small in size, it certainly did not look that small in the picture. I will think twice in the future, when ordering such extras.
Product : I heard the flowers went down well. I decided to pay the bit extra so there was some extra included. As I believe, the items look much better and bigger on the screen but in reality it can cause you to think twice for the future of whether to utilise this avenue. I think I'll look at alternatives next time.
