Service rating : Even though the website said my chosen flowers were from the Sympathy/funeral range I didn't have the option to have it delivered for the funeral so I had to have it delivered the day before. Other than that, excellent service. Was notified when the flowers left Serenata and when they were delivered.
Product : Didn't see them before they were delivered.

Service rating : The flowers were delivered on time.
Product : I received very good feedback about the flower arrangement from relatives at the funeral and it was delivered on time - thank you.
My only concern would be the bulk email confirmation that was sent out after the flowers had been delivered, I think that had I been sensitive over the passing of my Uncle then I would have been upset at the wording of the email. Maybe if someone orders the "sympathy" flowers then they should receive a different delivery confirmation email.
The flowers and service were excellent though - thank you.

It was good to be able to include a sympathy card, however it would have been preferable in this situation to be able to choose a more 'religious' card

Service rating : I can only comment on the ease of placing my order, the wide range of flowers available, seemingly good value for money and how efficient the service seemed to be in terms of notifying me when the flowers left the building and when they were actually delivered. Unfortunately, my recipient wasn't in when they tried to deliver so I just hope she received them and that they were ok by the time she got home (but obviously this is no fault of Serenata flowers)...
Product : Unfortunately the flowers were sent in sympathy and as yet I've not heard back from my friend so I don't actually know what she thought of the bouquet - hence the 'not tried yet' rating. I'll give more feedback if/when she mentions them...

Service rating : Ordering & communications from company excellent
Product : Am hoping they were as good as picture, but havent had any feedback from recipient as yet as they were sent as sympathy flowers to a relative living a few hours away from us!
