I ordered the flowers for my Mum’s birthday and they arrived on the day I requested, they were mainly in bud so they have time to open up and enjoyed longer. Last year’s bunch lasted over 3 weeks! Beautiful bouquet brightened up my Mum’s day. I highly recommend Serenata Flowers.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful flowers my mum received on her birthday. Same day delivery too. The picture my mum sent of the flowers far exceeded my expectations. I saw pics of the flowers and they were beautiful. More importantly the Lady I bought them for loved them. She told me the chocolates were excellent. And the card was elegant. Also, the person who delivered them did a great job. And the box all was in was fantastic. I would decently use Serenata Florist again!

Fast response. Next day delivery. A mistake I made in ordering two bouquets was responded to immediately and rectified immediately. Delivery was in the morning of the day requested. My friend was delighted with the flowers though I did not have the opportunity to see them. The website was easy to follow and the flower arrangements were beautifully displayed with differing angles and whether in a box. shown

I have used SerenataFlowers.com for several years and have never had any complaints or been disappointed. The beautiful flowers always arrive on time and the recipients are always so happy to receive them. I have sent them to London, Wales and Leicester, always with the same great service wherever they are delivered. I would never use any other company when sending flowers to friends and loved ones. Quality flowers and quality service !

I have used the services of Serenata flowers for a number of years and their service has always been excellent, however this last time it was anything but. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday to be delivered to her office, this is something I have done previously with Serenata without a hitch. I received an email at 09:43 from Serenata on the day of delivery to advise that the flowers had been dispatched and were on their way to my girlfriend's office. The next email I received from Serenata at 16:07 advised me that the delivery had 'Failed'. I immediately contacted Serenata via their support 'chat' facility and was advised that the delivery had been 'Refused - goods not ordered', which clearly meant the delivery driver had gone to the wrong address. I requested the support person 'Kerry', to have the flowers redelivered the next day to my girlfriend's home address as she was working from home the next day. Kerry advised she would contact the depot to check and email if they could do it. I received an email from Serenata the next day at 09:27 stating that the flowers had been Dispatched and would arrive between '14:33 and 16:33'. I advised my girlfriend of this (although the surprise had already been ruined) to ensure that she would be in to receive the flowers. However, when I later checked to see how the delivery was progressing, I saw that the delivery was being sent to my girlfriend's office again despite my request to send them to her home address. I attempted to contact Serenata support team via their 'chat' facility to get them to change the delivery address, but I couldn't get a response as it seems there's nobody there to provide support on a Friday. I sent two messages to them via their 'chat' facility that were supposedly going to be replied to but as of today 3 days later, I've not heard anything back. The flowers were subsequently delivered to my girlfriend's office at 14:31, however she won't see them until she's back in the office on Tuesday some 5 days after they were supposed to be given to her, which of course will mean the flowers will have died, with the element of surprise gone and the whole occasion has been completely ruined by Serenata. This whole experience has really put me off ever using Serenata flowers again. I have contacted Serenata via their support 'chat' facility, as to how they are going to rectify the situation as they have taken my money, ruined the surprise and basically lied to me. I have not heard anything back from them since last week when the issue was reported which really makes me question their 'customer service' practices. Shame on Serenata Flowers. Update 04.02.2025. Having been advised to contact Serenata flowers yesterday (see message below), I sent an email yesterday (03.02.2025) to the email address as given below @ 14:42, and as of today (04.02.2025 17:23) I have still not been contacted by Serenata flowers Customer 'Support' team. Update: 06.02.2025: I still have not had any response from Serenata flowers despite sending two emails to their 'Customer Service' email address.
