The ordering process is straightforward & quick. Every person I've ordered for up to now have been delighted. The only thing I'm not sure about is the inclusion of a card at additional cost. For me a small card included in the price, with space enough to say who the flowers are from would suffice. This said, I never hesitate to recommend this company.

I ordered flowers for my mum who is 89 and noted for the delivery people to knock loudly I received an email to say that they had been delivered, when my son went to visit the next day he found the flowers had been left on doorstep After contacting customer services I was contacted by a very apologetic lady called Evelyn who asked me to take photos of the flowers which I did She got straight back to me and ordered my mum a fresh bouquet of flowers which was a lovely gesture thank you
